Classess taught to corporations are based upon our instructor’s training in Mindfulness coupled with extensive training in Tibetan Buddhism and meditation techniques.

Classes are appealing to all people no matter their religion, race, how they identify themselves, or country of origin.

Beginners and Experts

Beginners and experienced meditators alike will find this class calming, insightful, and inspiring. All participants should finish the session feeling relaxed, refreshed, energized and more connected with life.

Consistency Is Key

We recommend scheduling monthly sessions for your team so that they can continuously learn new techniques or simply use that time to practice mindfulness.

Preparing for Class

Come with an open mind. What we teach may be different from what you have experienced before and that’s OK. Experience the class, be curious, and assess it after you have had time to think about it.
Leave mobile devices outside the area where you will be sitting or completely turn them off.
The best way to hear the audio is to listen to the class with earbuds.
It is preferable not to eat before class. And if you need to, please do so at least one hour before the class.
If you are hungry around class time, please eat something light before class.
It is OK to drink coffee/tea before class and to bring them to the class. Please feel free to bring water bottles.
You do NOT need to wear any unique clothes. You simply need to wear something comfortable.
